| Description | Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments Limited (the "Company") refers to its acquisition of 22.3% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Silvermane Investments Limited from Awang Ahmad Sah (the "Acquisition") and the announcement dated 10 December 2014 (the "Announcement") made by the Company in relation to the Acquisition. All capitalised terms used and not defined herein shall have the same meanings given to them in the Announcement. Further to the Announcement, the Company wishes to clarify that there is a typographical error under paragraph 2.2 of the Announcement, in relation to the disclosure on the NPV of the Amayapampa Gold Project. The Company wishes to clarify that the NPV of the Amayapampa Gold Project is estimated to be between US$42 million and US$77 million according to the QPR, and NOT between S$42 million and S$77 million as stated in the Announcement.
